This requirement is strictly enforced. hibage will conduct identity and age verification using your National Identity Document (NID) or other government-issued identification acceptable in Bangladesh before processing your first withdrawal. If at any point hibage determines that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all pending bets voided, and the deposit balance returned to the payment source used for the original deposit. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.
The hibage platform is designed for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local legislation. hibage makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on hibage. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hibage reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, void any associated bets, and forfeit any bonus funds held in the duplicate accounts. In cases of deliberate multiple account creation for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, hibage may additionally void all winnings from such accounts.
You warrant that all information provided during account registration is accurate, current, and complete, including your full legal name as it appears on your NID, your date of birth, your Bangladesh mobile number, and your email address. You are required to notify hibage promptly if any of your registered details change. hibage reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hibage username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated script or tool to access your account on your behalf. hibage will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your hibage account, you must notify the hibage support team immediately at [email protected]. hibage will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period to prevent further activity. hibage is not responsible for losses incurred prior to receipt of your notification.
hibage operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practices. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents for verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid driving licence. hibage may request additional proof of address or source-of-funds documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by hibage may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
All transactions on the hibage platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). hibage does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied to player transactions.
hibage accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels:
hibage reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The payment method used for a withdrawal must, wherever possible, correspond to the payment method used for the original deposit. hibage may request documentary evidence that the payment account belongs to the registered player before processing a withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the hibage cashier page at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your hibage account in real time, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider. hibage is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are typically processed within fifteen to thirty minutes for bKash and Nagad during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak processing periods or requiring additional verification may take longer. hibage will communicate any delays to the affected player via their registered email address.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonus amounts are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 5. Only bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering conditions may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering conditions are met will result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.

All bonuses issued by hibage are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions may differ by game type — for example, bets placed on certain live casino games may contribute a different percentage toward the wagering requirement than bets placed on slots. Each bonus issued by hibage carries a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will automatically expire and be removed from your account. Validity periods are non-extendable except at hibage's sole discretion.
hibage monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event using bonus funds, using bonus funds in conjunction with low-variance strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinated bonus abuse across groups of players. Where promotional abuse is detected, hibage reserves the right to void the bonus, void all associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
All casino games available on the hibage platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally accredited game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. All bets placed on hibage are subject to acceptance by the platform. hibage reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, a manifest pricing error, a technical fault, or any event where the integrity of the bet is in doubt. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account. hibage's decision on void bets is final.
Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and tournament. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. hibage reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. All cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session or an in-progress slot spin, hibage's game server logs will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Where the game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome recorded on the server will be applied. hibage does not accept liability for losses resulting from player-side internet connectivity issues.

Where hibage determines that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and winnings, withhold withdrawal requests, and pursue recovery of any funds already disbursed where the disbursement was the result of the prohibited conduct.
All content on the hibage platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and data — is the exclusive property of hibage or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any hibage content without prior written permission from hibage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibage's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any hibage service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hibage is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other loss arising from your use of or inability to use the hibage platform, even if hibage has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
hibage makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
hibage collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a hibage account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hibage uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the hibage servers. Upon receipt of a closure request, hibage will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
hibage reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has breached these Terms; fraudulent or prohibited conduct has been detected; the player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or the account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve months or more. In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, hibage reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where the breach involved fraudulent activity, to pursue recovery of losses through appropriate legal channels.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and hibage, you are encouraged to contact the hibage support team in the first instance at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. hibage will endeavour to respond to all dispute notifications within five business days and to resolve disputes within thirty days of receipt, where possible.
hibage's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, the voiding of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the enforcement of platform rules is final and binding, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
